If you are interested in joining the NWAFB Agency Partner Network, please read through and fill out the attached application packet. Once completed, please email the application to the Agency Relations Manager (katie.lausin@nwafoodbank.org) or mail to 1604 Honeysuckle Street-PO BOX 2126-  Lowell, AR  72745. . The application process can take 3-5 weeks beginning from the time the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank receives your application. Thank you for your commitment to ending hunger in your community!
